Guest Services I
$15.00/hr + Shared Tips
Guest Services I provides top notch customer service in a fun and friendly environment. This position performs a variety of duties including welcoming & checking in guests, providing equipment to guests, using the cash register/POS, explaining & enforcing rules, prize redemption & large groups/ birthday parties.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Previous employment history not required
- Friendly, energetic & personable
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable & punctual
- Basic math & computer skills
- Able to adhere to & enforce rules and regulations
- Be able to remain calm, professional, and level-headed in high-pressure moments

Job Duties
- Create positive guest interactions with excellent customer service & communication.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Check in guests, collect fees, and attempt to upsell sales.
- Run the front desk POS/register, monitor the arcade and mini golf course, prize redemption, assist with parties, and help with cleaning duties.
- Issue mini golf equipment & inspect for damage.
- Enforce all safety policies and complete incident reports when necessary.
- Provide assistance to guests when needed.
- Able to work alone during both busy & slow times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Guest Sevices II
$15.50/hr + Shared Tips
Guest Services II is a hands-on, leadership role for driven, upbeat individuals. You will help run daily operations, often acting as the Manager on Duty (MOD) including opening or closing AJ’s. You must be self motivated with an energetic, approachable, and friendly attitude to provide our customers an enjoyable experience. Safety is a top priority, therefore you will always monitor and enforce the rules to ensure safety for everyone.
Job requirements
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Weekend availability
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles preferred
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred though not required
- Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Reliable, self-motivated, organized, & excellent multitasker
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and provide a positive environment
- Ability to enforce rules and regulations & hold staff accountable
- Be able to remain calm, professional, and level-headed in high-pressure moments
- Able to lift and carry a minimum of 20 pounds
- Creative thinker to brainstorm fun promotion ideas
- Know how to have and create fun!
Job duties
- Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when managers are not physically present, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance.
- Oversee excellent execution of birthday parties and group events.
- Ensure all opening or closing procedures are executed with accuracy.
- Communicate guest issues, escalating employee issues, operational challenges, or safety concerns to management or mall security immediately.
